Harper Ray Foundation's purpose is to be a Ray of everlasting light, hope and faith during a family's darkest times after the death of a precious child.

- We offer birth and bereavement support services during pregnancy, support planning a child's funeral, memorial, cremation, burial, and/or celebration of life and offer, as funds allow, mostly handcrafted funeral supplies, for example, caskets, urn boxes and gowns to families referred to us through various sources, such as, funeral homes, doulas and hospitals mainly within the State of Pennsylvania.
- We plan to begin helping in the State of Arkansas soon as well.
Supporting the 1 in 4
- We provide peer and doula support, digital graphics and as funds permit, memorial keepsakes and hospital/funeral home child loss memory boxes supporting the one in four families who experience the death of a baby during pregnancy, delivery or early infancy.

- Pregnancy, Infant & Child Loss Support Centre offers peer text support at 1-888-910-1551. The hours of operation are 10:00-12:00 PM MST & 6:00-10:00 PM MST, 7 days a week.

Who We Are
The Harper Ray Foundation was co-founded by William and Audra Picciano-Butcher and created in memory of their beautiful precious daughter Harper Ray Picciano-Butcher. Harper was born sleeping into the eternal peace of Heaven on February 19, 2020. Harper's light shines bright and her loving presence is felt by her family everyday. Harper Ray Foundation will always remember your precious children along with the co-founders' beloved daughter Harper Ray and all the beautiful children in Heaven above.
